try looking at my mill deck, its not standard, but neither is yours. Its called Shattered Hopes. The other thing you could do is put in stuff like boomerang, unsummon, and whirlpool whelm, to return creatures that your opponent has out to their hand, then make them discard them. also put in some beseech the queen or demonic tutors to search for the megrims

Honestly, I love the idea, have a deck just like it. Come on, the combo between wheel and deal and megrim, classic. Also try some persecutes, a memory jar and since its blue, which I love, throw in Magus of the Jar. And for more fun try these: Hymn to Tourach, Ill-Gotten Gains, Mindslicer, and one of my favorites: Windfall. As far as the tutors and returns go, TOTALLY agree, perhaps diabolic instead of demonic cuz of the restriction though.
