Deck Description

Sarkhan the Mad is my friend, and this is why:

I can use his abilities for not only card advantage, but I can blow up any of my creatures (Bloodghast, Myr Sire, Tuktuk, or a Lavaclaw Reaches I don't want anymore) and make it into a 5/5 dragon. Sweet deal, eh?

Deck discussion for Sarkhan, Demolition Man

pretty good, but what about adding creatures that have effects for when they are put into the graveyard?...such as dealing damage or drawing cards? that way you could sacrifice them, get a 5/5 dragon along with the effect of the sacrificed card. just a thought

check out my spirit deck...made just for casual play, but i like the theme of it

That's kinda maybe sorta what Tuktuk and Myr Sire is in there for. Not to mention that Sarkhan makes me "draw" cards anyways. As far as Bloodghast, getting a practically free 5/5 is pretty neat, especially when I get my precious Bloodghast back sooner or later.

i realize sarkhan the mad was card that one-way ticket to hell...

well it's good for aggro but for late game i doubt it would survive

I respectfully disagree with that statement. He's great for both early, and late game. If there even is a late game. ;)

Contagion Clasp and Everflowing Chalice. It's my only back up plan to add loyalty counters. Otherwise, that's why there are four of them in the deck.

btw...

ho do u think about sarkhan+ opponent creature gaining control like mark of mutiny or traitorous instinct?

i think it's fun if we stealing opponent creatures then sacrifice with sarkhan

I have Act Of Aggression in my sideboard for that. I didn't feel that it needed to be main boarded quite so much. I mean, yeah it's pretty neat and all, but I have a ton of creatures I can blow up and make into dragons without feeling bad about it.

indeed especially you have bloodghast & tuktuk to be sacrificed...

im instead trying to build a creatureless deck with with sarkhan the mad as central figure

Creatureless? That's be pretty rough when there's things like Tuktuk and Bloodghast to be popped. Hmm. Tokens, maybe?
