I feel like you dont have enough to survive the early levels. You either need some more cheap blocker or creature removel if you ask me
i know you want to mill and to have it done by zombies, but how about the new Dimir Guildmage... Duskmantle Duildmage (i think).He is a cheap creature and with his first ability you can create great amounts of damage to an opponent (especially with Jace), giving you an alternative way to win a game, when u maybe don't get an Undead alchemist. And maybe you should reduce Heartless Summonig to 3 Copies or less.... it might happen that you get stuck with those cards or even worse: very weak zombie tokens.... just my thoughts!
