The way I've always played it is 75% because the first instance resolves before the second even starts

Also, does anyone know how this would fare in a multiplayer game? Either by speculation or experience.
I think I might have most of those expensive cards already...I'm definitely going to have to pick up the rest and try this one out. Thanks a lot for posting it!!
This is really my first 100% from scratch deck I've made so I'm sure it has a lot of room for improvement. I'll take any advice I can get
