Just use your mana ramp (elvish mystic,etc.) and by round three you should be able to destroy some land. It will keep your opponents from getting things out and with your skarrg guildmage turn your lands to 4/4's and swing away,which will bring home victory

Sylvan Primordial would be good, it destroys a land whilst ramping and it's a pretty big creature to have on the field

i think you should take out magma jet or lightning strike (not sure) and add some more land to make sure you get enough to cast it with more reliability
