A basic vampire setup. Vampires are on the field to ensure I can kick my blood tribute with my sanguine bond(which is an automatic game winner). I have some creatures with lifelink to keep me alive to play my combo, I also have vampiric link which I can use as well for good use on Korlash heir to blackblade or simply for removal. I will use vampiric tutor to pull cards into my hand and dark ritual to speed up mana. To speed up deck I have sign in blood in the side board

Dude, this deck is WICKED!!!! i just played it as a trial run and dominated. The only changes I made were adding 3 Demonic Tutors and taking out 3 Vampiric Tutors. But I do have a question which is a bit of a reach. Would you know how to convert this to a red/black deck? It has a weakness where someone could play a kill-land-type card and all your swamps are gone. Its also not standard because of Captivating Vampire. If this deck could be tweaked a little it could be perfect!
