Deck discussion for Gyruda- Goryo's Modern

Has anyone run an analysis of how few clones it takes to combo with gyruda?

Gyruda+ Dlord Kolaghan + 2 clones, only 1 clone if your opponents has shocked a land

Unless you mean the avg number of clones needed before you hit a Dlord? - cause I do not know that XD

Once you play a gyruda, you will gain clones of it if you have enough of them in the deck.
Has anyone researched the minimum of clones needed to mill the opponent out ?

Oh, and if you'd read my post on companion hatred you'd know that I'd wondered why gyruda players haven't adopted phyrexian metamorph :)

Gyruda doesn't usually win by mill but by swinging with haste. Phyrexian Metamorph doesn't remove the legendary rule like Sakashima and Spark Double, and Phantasmal Image is only 2 mana. Phyrexian would just be less efficient and more expensive for comboing.

Also, you'd need 13/14 clones to mill them(4 cards at a time minus their 7 card hand, assuming 60 card deck), depending if they went first.

Thanks for the comments! :)
