I do not think you need 4 Training Grounds in the deck since you have only the Izzet Guildmage to utilize the enchantment. If you want to play 4 Training Grounds add more activated ability creatures. Works with Slivers and Step-up creatures for example. Possibly add Distortion Strike , and Assault Probe to make your Eldrazi attack lethal that much quicker. Your deck idea is solid but needs more synergy between the Izzet and Eldrazi elements. Develop a sideboard with countershells and artifact removal, and maybe some red x burn spells. Good Luck.

its only ment to be played (if i ever build this deck) in casual and we play without sideboards. even infinite-combos are something i should avoid. Also this deck is to strong hard to handle for casual, but thanks for the ideas.
