Deck Description

This is the current green deck that I am playing with. Still have a little messing to do with it. One of my friends has suggested using Caravan Vigil, I also don't know what would be good to use once m12 cycles out. My friend suggested also to throw in Sands of Delirium to mill, as well as use the Hydra to distract them. Any ideas? Thank you. :) Garruk is meant to switch out with Silklash Spider if they aren't using flying.

Deck discussion for Help? Green Aggro Standard

Find Yeva, Natures Herald. 4/4 for 2GG, your creature spells get Flash. Thragtusk is a 5/3 Trample for 4G that gives you a 3/3 Beast token when it dies. Both cards are in m13

you forgot that thragtusk also gives 4 lives.

but cant argue with your choice of creatures.

I have 4 nature's herald and 1 thragtusk. I understand why you would say the herald but why thragtusk?

Thragtusk i a good creature. its good agenst control because they tend to wrath, and then you still have a 3/3 beast to hit them with. and its good agenst aggro because of the 5 lives it gives you. win on both sides. oh, almost forgot; if it isnt killed its still power 5 for 5 mana.

Well Thank you. :) Any ideas on ramping once Rampant Growth and Rites of Flourishing cycle out?

for ramping, you will have to depend on what they put in ravnica.
For my part it looks like they are going away from ramping, and instead giving cards that put the lands in your hand so you always have a land-drop (Ex: Lilliana of the dark realms)
Perhaps there will be more creatures that ramp instead of spells who puts actual lands on the table.

Farseek doesn't help with a mono green unfortuneatelly. I had the same thought earlier. lol. Boundless Realms is a 7 cost card, I can't wait to see what is coming out for Ravnica, :)

about boundless growth, or epic ramp spell, its a card, and i believe we all like the thought of doubling our mana on a single spell, but as i believe we both know; if you have 7 mana, you just dont need more, thats the turn where you put a titan or a hydra on the table and wins.

Wizards trolled with the card i believe. :)

4 Skinshifter instead of Garruk's Companion? Or maybe Strangleroot Geist. You need board control like Prey Upon or Beast Within. Hope that helps. Nice take on Green Aggro Btw. Good Job JoyfulxChaos89!

Well as long as we are covering good green cards I would suggest something from my favorite race, Arbor Elf, a one cost that produces a green mana and depending on your format I might be abpe to help you out further with ideas if you are so inclined.
