Deck Description

Meant to infect quickly

How to Play

Example of ideal hand
Glistener elf turn one
Turn two distortion strike and rancor = four infect
Turn three wild defiance and mutagenic growth = another twelve infect (distortion strike rebounds, activates defiance, mutagenic growth and that reactivates defiance)
That's a turn three kill that I've consistently gotten or something of that nature

The scenario you mentioned is impossible as it costs four mana, which you cannot have by turn three without mana acceleration. Also, in my opinion, Wild Defiance is crap, you need dual lands, and you'll get destroyed by something as simple as an Electrickery.

So then maybe Jpgirs meant Mutagenic Growth. Great deck btw! It might be the only infect deck I've seen that's faster than my friend's

Ya my bad mutagenic growth for its 2 life cost on turn 3. Even if you can only cast wild defiance turn three you still swing with a 7 unblock able infect which is death if you gave them four last turn. Since when is wild defiance crap? It gives my creature an additional plus three so even if I only target it with a artful dodge you get hit with 4 infect instead of one (that's not crap) and I've seen proffessional decks incorperate wild defiance. And I do have dual lands in my deck so I'm not sure what that's about... And then to do with electrickery yes that kills my creature, unless I have a mutagenic growth in my hand, or a spare land for giant growth. And then if the overload isn't paid my wild defiance pumps up my creature therefore it doesn't die. So then if my creature does die the others are also extremely cheap and can hit you for 4 or 5 infect the turn after summoned. The point is you can't say a turn 3 kill isn't impressive. But ill add 4 apostles blessings and 4 mentle misstep which means your electrickery isn't so effective anymore. And thanks trstn! Ya this is the fastest killing deck I've had. Lol make it if you can and your friend will b in for a deadly surprise.

I'd love to, but I'm a broke kid lol. And his is pretty much turn 3 too, depending on his opening hand, but instead of wild defiance, he uses livewire lash, and has more growth cards. I would seriously love to see a showdown between the two decks though

I like the deck! Green/Blue infect is nasty.
