Its a pretty straight forward Agro deck. Use of the shamans is encouraged, but the mana accelerant covers the lack of shaman draws. Use of the pump-up dragons is a turn kill with the drop of grat violence

You only have 46 cards listed. You need more land. Put in a couple of cheaper creatures as well. To stay in tribe, Dragon Engine, Dragon Whelp, Fledgling dragon. Dragon's Claw could help as well. Check out the opposite of this mana expensive deck with my "I Guess You Are Just Jinxed" deck.

I sure do have 46 listed, I might reduce it by at least two more by removing the gilded lotuses, but they do provide that final assualt capability. 18 lands with the myrs and dragonspeaker shamans makes turn 4 a garinteed dragon spawn. In multiplayer, this deck works best if you purposely start out slow by playing lands, myrs, rings and mines. 2 shamans out makes the dragons cost 2-3 mana. So cheap creatures are unnessesary for this deck. At least when I play it =)
Since you can probably kill each player with one dragon, adding more cards into the deck will possibly slow it down. Your jinx deck looks fun most indeed
