A slower ramp deck that focuses on fatties. What is this, green? Nope... It's all red.Burn controls the board early on while you lay down mountains and your few smaller creatures: Generator Servant to ramp into your fatties, and Eidolon of the Great Revel to punish for playing anything BUT fatties.Despite the heavy burn and threat of big beatsticks as early as Turn 3, you may still take some damage early as you set the table, but at least by Turn 5, you should be able to take control and not give it up, and Eidolon should be a very one-sided punisher.Particular standouts:Stoke the Flames - I love this thing. Big burn that gets around Eidolon but can still be played cheaply and can target anything. What's not to love?Anger of the Gods - THE premiere board control spell for early on. Aggro is counterintuitively a favorable matchup because this is just that devastating.Stormbreath Dragon - Needs no introduction, but imagine dropping it Turn 3. Easily achievable with Generator.Chaos Imps/Thunder Brute - Fantastic closers, especially Imps, and especially especially when paired with Generator.Burning Earth - Yes, it's in the sideboard, but this can really dish out the pain in Game 2 of a match with the glut of nonbasic lands in Standard right now. And again, one-sided suffering.
