It's high noon in Ravnica. So...DRAW!And draw...and draw...and draw. Soul of Ravnica does that in abundance here, while allowing you to stay mono blue. With hybrid creatures in all other colors (and Rapid Hybridization giving you more green potential if you don't need it as a kill spell), Soul should be able to easily draw at least three or four cards at a time, making even a late game Chasm Skulker huge. And even MORE draw comes from doing what this mix of creatures does best: attacking. Evasive creatures like Nightveil Specter, Deathcult Rogue, and Vassal Soul can trigger big draw potential with Military Intelligence and Bident of Thassa. And Thassa herself should be a creature without much trouble at all, so she can swing in for the win herself...or just use her to make the 6/6 Soul unblockable and seal the deal that way!
