Heroic and Wild Defiance: it just makes so much sense!
You've got the best of the best green heroic creatures in Hero of Leina Tower and Setessan Oathsworn, but also some cheap hexproof creatures that can reap the benefits as well.And what are those benefits? Well, lots of instants and sorceries, so that when you drop Defiance on the table, each successful cast gives the target a +3/+3 boost in addition to its normal benefits, such as more power, counters, untapping, protection, and card draw. Some cards let you target as many as three or even four creatures at once! (Incremental Growth and the awesome Blessings of Nature)That's really about it! Perhaps not quite as speedy as many hexproof striking decks (though it certainly has the potential...it can hit for lethal with a Gladecover Scout or Hero of Leina Tower by turn four, and there are multiple ways to get there), but should be more robust and consistent.What do you think?
