Deck Description

Ah...Knight tribal. So much potential with Knight Exemplar and Kinsbaile Cavalier alone. Congragation at Dawn can help dig for them, and then you can build around them with the rest of your versatile creature set. This deck's got a lot of variety and versatility that can keep any opponent guessing...while you trample them underfoot (or should I say, underhoof) with your ever-growing cavalry. Chaaaaaaarge!

How to Play

This is the culmination of months of building--using the Knights' half of the KvD Duel Deck as the core--a deck that brings together some of the greatest white Knights in Magic's history. There's protection from black, red, green, and even white. There's flying, first strike, and good old (school) flanking galore. There's +1/+1s, double strike, and indestructibility passed around to everyone. There's even splashes of vigilance, regeneration, and mana generation among your knights. You can attack en masse or with one beefed-up knight (like, say, Knotvine Paladin). There's some spot removal with Pentarch Paladin and the versatile Selesnya Charm, and mass wipe potential with Fracturing Gust and Planar Cleansing (best used with Exemplar out!). There's really not much more to it. Just a few combat tricks and lots of creatures to wade into combat. Perfect? By no means. But overwhelming anyway? It has the potential to be in almost any matchup. And it's certainly a blast to play...different every time! I always have fun with this deck, and that's what it's all about anyway, right? What do you think? What are some of YOUR favorite Knight strategies?
