Saw some great decks on zombies and scavenge tactics that I have attempted to steal, borrow, and modify for FNM coming up. haven't traditionally done B/G before but like how its shaping up. Need some help with making sure that I'm not too spread out and covering my bases. Right now, I see a definite weakness to flying and control. Any and all comments would be greatly appreciated as I will update the deck as appropriate so I can take it to FNM this week.
Pair Grisly Salvage with Treasured Find, Gravepurge, and Ghoulcaller's Chant to manipulate the graveyard and mana ramp. Dump and scavenge Slitherhead and Sluiceway Scorpion to plus up Wild Beastmaster, use Corpsejack Menace to assist. Gravecrawler paired with Lotleth Troll will plus up the troll's stats quickly and cheaply.Creatures in the graveyard will allow Ghoultree to come out quickly and without the excessive cost.Ultimately combine Wild Beastmaster, Corpsejack Menace, and Jarad to attack with the Beastmaster, double the plus up on other creatures with Corpsejack and then use Jarad to sacrifice creatures equal to opponent's life.
