What started as a deck I wanted to build to avoid the high costs of Modern while still having a somewhat viable deck has slowly, but surely, turned into a deck with more time and money invested in it than I expected, but in the end has provided me with so many fun times that I don't really care.I know it's not tier 1 or tier 2 or probably not even tier 4.5, but it's fun to play and it can surprise people out of nowhere if you aren't ready for it.This is budget(ish) Modern. The simple way to explain the goal of this deck: Make Kiln Fiend/Nivix Cyclops/Wee Dragonauts big enough to kill you in one shot that you can't block.Preferably, you'd like to go off when you have protection in hand/up, but in the right circumstance, you can kill someone with Kiln Fiend on turn 3.
