Keep it at 60 cards. Your spells dont seem to help as much so id say just scrap them. Wild pair, Akroma's memorial, cryptic gateway, those will get your slivers cranking out fast. Slivers wise put some in your sideboard and some in your main. Often times most people dont play enchantments so harmonic is not a great main. Also keep your slivers at a 2 to 4 copies to make sure you actually draw them. You can take a look at my sliver deck to get ideas.
