Working on a burn deck that does direct player damage. Defense by removing opponent's hand. Help appreciated. Eventually I would like to add more Scuttling Doom Engines and Shrapnel Blast once i get my hands on them.
First two matches with it have ended 1-1. The first match went near perfect allowing me to dwindle down my opponent's hand and deal direct damage. It was a slow process though. Match two was a loss due to my opponent usind a Library Dump Deck and he was able to force me to have 0 cards in my library, on the bright side i had him down to 2 life left .

Something to add would be Disress (BB: Target player reveals his or hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card.) Definitely more Magma Spray cards. Don't worry about bringing creatures back with this deck, just have more creatures that deal damage via tapping or when they die ( like Pitchburn Devils and Scuttling Doom Engine for example). Possibly take out Temple of Silence and replace with another basic land or Rakdos Guildgate or something similar.
