This is an EDH deck with Toshiro Umezawa as the commander. I tried to put in some card draw so that i could make up for all the instants. This deck was built with a budget in mind.

I always liked Toshiro, though he really is a hard general to work with for this format; being constrained to mono-black hurts him. I applaud your effort to take a shot at building around him.
