This deck revolves around one idea that i had. Use Godhead of Awe to make all other creatures 1/1's and then use Nights of Souls' Betrayal (an enchantment that read all creatures get -1/-1") to wipe the board, and it stays that way. No other creatures can exist on the field except Godhead of Awe, who is free to ravage your opponents life. If he/she has no kill or remove spells, it's just about game over. The rest of the deck is just stalling and protecting yourself until that point with cheap expendable creatures (with lifelink so you can keep your life total up long enough to get the combo going) and kill spells to decrease threats on you until then. As for some problems, Godhead of Awe is gonna cost 5 white mana in a half/half deck, which can be hard to acquire. That is what the non basic lands can help with. Now of course shock and fetch lands like Godless Shrine and Marsh Flats can be used, but nobody really wants to spend the money to get them. I haven't bought this although i am considering it because it looks mad cool.

now against my saproling deck, normally their all 1/1s anyways, but with coat of arms out, would the effect of coat of arms boost them still just with -1/-1 or would they be dead...

They'd be dead. And saporling are gay. And so are you.
Because Coat of Arms boosts your saprolings as a different source, your saprolings would still be alive. Things like enchantments, counters, and static effects from creatures (such as Elesh Norn) are still effective.
