My first attempt at a budget, yet competitive, Modern deck. Nivix Cyclops is one of my favorite cards out of Dragon's Maze, so I attempted to make a deck around it. If I can get a Cyclops on the field by turn three or four, I will have likely won the game by the time it can attack. I can make it unblockable via Artful Dodge or Apostle's Blessing, then just play as many instants and sorceries I can. Lightning Bolt just becomes a one mana 6 damage spell if played right. Nivmagus Elemental is just there if I can't get a Cyclops.This was made out of my current collection of cards, obviously I would want 4 Steam Vents and 4 Sulfur Falls, maybe a couple Cascade Bluffs, but this is just what I currently own.Any help with sideboard is greatly appreciated, I know very little about the Modern metagame.

Consider including at least a pair of flux chargers as insurance against a Slaughter Games (or similar) aimed at Cyclops.
