Exalted is cool and all, but one thing that you may want to put in here just to make it harder to break exalted is either Thalia or Grand Abolisher because once you have your exalted trigger all the oponent has to do is either play vapor snag or go for the throat and then your attack phase was pointless. Other than that, nice deck.

I'd move out neferox he's just too expensive espically considering your curve otherwise stops at 4 either add more archangels or grand abolishers

restoration angel is always a good card for white decks, bouncing anything that is important that they may try and kill, its also a good flash in flying blocker for 4 mana check out my R/W standard :) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=363268
I would add 2 cathedrals and if you have the money, 2 more angels. Otherwise it is a solid deck, nice job
Why Abolishers instead of Thalia? Abolishers are currently the only thing you have that makes it not legal for standard :)
