Nope not even in casual play... I think it may be cursed... Or rubbish... But the Idea seemed fun!
Scry for Ulas, then Scry for creatures, then Krakens...

The first thought was that I would add some defenders as "Quest for Ula's Temple" takes a looong time to activate and even longer if you don't have it on your starting hand or draw it very quickly. You could speed up the generation of quest-counters a little bit by adding some creatures (or artifact's) with proliferate like "Thrummingbird". I would lower the number of finishers a little bit because when you are already searching for "Quest for Ula's Temple" you will get some of them on your hand. This where the first thought's I had when looking at this deck. Now it would be interesting to know what didn't worked for you during playing :)GreetingsMuktol

Essentially unless the quest was in my opening hand the scry method to get it in there asap was too slow, and even if it was the plan of throwing the spent scry birds as chump blockers didn't hold for long enough, so when it was Kraken time I was too low on health, I'll deffinately try putting in some proliferate and remove a few krakens... Was just supprised on paper I thought there would be a few wins when it all worked :)
It does seem fun! Still, lots of scry but no draw... might be a problem. Throwing in a few draw spells could help, especially when you've scryed what you want to the top.
