This is an attempt at a budget coin-flip deck. Unfortunately, CHANCE ENCOUNTER has gotten fairly expensive over time, which has jacked the price of the deck up quite a bit. However this card is really why I always wanted to design a deck like this.My prediction is that this will be goofy and fun. It's going to be hard to tell who will win considering this deck is at least 30% chance. Sideboarded MOLTEN BIRTH in case I want to spend less money. It's a shame that all the really fun ones are worth so much. Oh well.
