More of a Legendary deck at this point. I loved the Samurai of Kamigawa, so I started building this years ago. I was in love with all the Legendary Creatures and Artifacts, so I decided to make that the focus. There are so many options, it makes the deck somewhat unpredictable.
The decent amount of 2drops build up the Samurai forces, while the numerous Legendary Creatures supplement them with some outrageous abilities. Takeno beefs up the already strong Samurai, Michiko terrifies your opponent from dealing damage to you, giving you time to build your forces more while they find a way to get rid of her, etc. etc.Konda and Yosei are there to either play late game or to rub in your already secured victory.I've yet to play EDH but simply based on the amount of singles in this deck, I will probably convert this to EDH sometime. With all those legendaries you could play it over and over again with different Commanders.
