This deck can be semi-slow to start up sometimes but after a couple of turns you can start building serious life and power. You can gain hundreds of points of life and deal massive damage.It is also one of the decks I actually use, and one of my favorites
Start by getting out Essence Wardens and Soul Wardens because you gain for health for creatures both you AND your opponent play, this can stack up quickly. Then work on getting out Ajani's Pridemates and Ageless Entitys because while your gaining health their power and toughness can stack up pretty high. Also, play cards like Rhox Faithmender, Predator's Rapport, and Beacon of Immortality to stack up life incredibly high. Serra Avatar could easily take out a player in one hit, and Loxodon Warhammer can give trample so that even when being blocked you can still kill in one hit.
