Terramorphic expanse, Harrow and Cultivate are not standard legal. I suggest that you replace them with some real dual lands like Glacial Fortress and Hinterland Harbor, along with Rampant growth and mayby Viridian Emissary.

oh thank you, i don't know which cards are legal, but i was hoping to take this to tournaments.
better. i don't think i'm gonna go with viridian emmisary though.
blightsteel might be a good card to splash too.
i was more focusing on putting out platinum emperion on turn 3.
i edited in llanowar elves for the T2 blade splicer and the T3 shape anew.
