I played an infect deck based around Assualt Strobe back when the Infect Block was in Standard. The deck never really got above 50% win ratio in tournaments. This is because Strobe is a sorcery and your opponent will save his kill spell for it. In a casual format this deck may shine but it has to be very aggressive Check out my mono-green infect deck to see what I mean. Good Luck
