In a mill deck you wont really need to attack with anything, so instead of Ink-eyes I would throw in another mill of some kind, like another glimpse, or Isocron Scepter to put that glimpse on a stick.

Ornithopter wornt work due to no damage.

Aven Envoy will not work for Ninjitsu because it deals no damage to your oponent.

Don't really care for dragon tyrant too much at all, I prefer sneaking a Darksteel Colossus, and don't see much use for Through the Breach either too much unless it is absolutely necessary.
