Theres alot of decks like this but they are very slow and easy to work around.

Did a major re-vamp of this deck since I got back into magic. Does top 4 easily in modern tournaments.
Since you only have 58 cards, add a sol ring and another vesuva, And might want to get rid of some other cards for 3 more fabricates if your trying that hard to dig for artifacts.
You don't need so many creatures in a tooth and nail deck, because the point is to dig for the lands you need and then tooth for the huge ones for the win. You need land dig cards like sylvan scrying and reap and sow.
Well for a good deck builder you wont need an explanation on the combo if you just look at the cards and realize what they do.

It's one of my most favorite cards in the game, it has so many play options it's ridiculous.
Millstone is garbage, You should put Glimpse of the Unthinkable in as well as Isochron Scepter....think about it, Glimpse on a stick...
That's the point....... You are supposed to wipe the board of lands and then have a 6/6 and a 4/4 creature on the board...i.e the lattice and march......this combo can get out on turn 4, it's solid and has won me dozens of tournaments.
Why are you trying to run march of the machines Lattice with slivers? Just curious
You need 4 howling mines, with that you will not have the need of Hypnotics at all.
Yeah I see that you have allot of 1X cards, if you try and focus on a certain goal of the deck instead of just luck of the draw that you will probably see the deck run a whole lot more smoothly. And I do agree that 26 lands is allot. Most decks run 20 if not less, I usually try and run 16 depending on my deck.
I don't get how R&D's Secret Lair works, can you give me a run down?
You should put the zombie in your deck that states when this creature comes into play each player sacrifices a creature, works in a combo with Lord of the Undead, Keeps their creatures at bay, won a tournament with a zombie deck like that.

oona isnt a necessary for a rogue deck. or any deck for that matter
you don't know what a mill deck is? it mills their library till they cant draw any and lose the game....
Doom Blade instead of Dark Banishing, cheaper and does the same thing.
