Since you're in Blue, I'd much rather see you make use of Tephy Mage as a way of finding those 3 Mana artifacts.Trophy Mage also let's you do some sweet things with your side oard like put a Trinisphere and an Ensnaring Bridge too.If you want to stick to Steelshapers Gift it's best to have Batterskull in the main. It's so good. Don't want to miss out.Ever thought about Geist of Saint Traft? Also if you're in U/W, might as well make use of possibly the best manland (Celestial Colonnade). I'd suggest at least 3.Cool looking deck, bit it could use some tweaking especially in the manabase. Good stuff!
