Basically, kill your own creatures to kill your opponents. Attack often to either hit for damage or be blocked for damage. Either way, you WILL be inflicting death upon your opponent. If you are having trouble, Demonic Taskmaster, Barter in Blood, and Bone Splinters can help you deal the damage you need.
