I used to run infinite everything in the Tempest block, with some help. Sliver Queen, Ashnod's Altar, Heartstone. Pay 1, make a baby sliver. Sac it for 2 mana, make 2 baby slivers. Wash rinse repeat. Use the rest of the slivers for card drawing, altar of dementia for milling, mindwhip for discard, victual for lifegain, acidic for damage. Combine with grave pact to force your opponent to sac when you do. Combine with enduring renewal and aluren to play and retrieve most fo your slivers for free. Combine with field of [spirits?] so when your non-token creatures are sac'd, you gain a 1/1 white flyer in it's stead. Of course, none of that is legal now.
