The idea here was trying to copy the good old counter-rebels strategy, but instead of rebels, using instant token generator spells.And what strategy is that?-Try to pass with at least two untapped lands - one of them a blue one.If your opponent plays something you think should be countered, try to counter it.If not or you dont have a counterspell, play token spells.-intangible virtue is a very very improved low-cost honor of the pure.-mana base here is a problem, but the deck is supposed to be budget, so suggestions are welcome.
