Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

This is why infect is overpowered. Suggestions are welcomed yo make it even more so. Note: this not a deck I own, or even want to own, just a reply to the question "why is infect OP?". I have a friend that had a deck similar to this, and it wrecked me when he ran it. I wish I had the actual list of his deck.
