tokens! lots of tokens!heroic is an odd ability, why not make use of it?the goal here is to target akroan crusader with conviction or crown of flames, which can both be bounced back to your hand and replayed again.
play out akroan crusader, target with auras as much as possible, cartouche of solidarity gives you an additional token when played, but conviction and crown of flames get to be played multiple times.pump, build tokens, and swing wide, or hit big with mob justice.

+1The big question in decks with such a low number of creatures is...what do you do it your only cretaure get's shot away? So cards like Apostle's Blessing, Emerge Unscathed or Gods Willing could be an idea, at least for the sideboard. Titan's Strength could be worth a look as the scry might prevent you from drawing unwanted lands/ cards. Maybe instead of 1-2 Furious Resistance. GreetingsMuktol

yeah, I might look at blessing. certainly a favorite of mine for protection spells. hadn't thought much about removal. will at least put in the sideboard.
Dwarven Song and Heaven's Gate would let you proc each of your heroic creatures for 1. It's not repeatable like Crown of Flames, but I think it's worth it if you manage to get more than one of your Akroan creatures out.
hmm... not a bad idea. while they don't do much on its own they are a very good heroic enabler if you have a lot of heroic creatures out they seem pretty good, for a single activation. I might look into it. I suppose that I was looking at how to maximize the output from a single creature.but I will certainly look into it.
