I think you are trying to mix too many concepts into one deck. You have the platinum angel, but it takes a while to get into play. You dont need the emperion if you have the angel, the angel is better but is a bit easier to kill, If i were you I would splash red instead of green and burn spells instead of elves. Right now it looks like your win is by Helix Pinnacle, but if you dont have an Omnath deck it can be a really slow process to get to 100 counters. If you replace green with red you can take out health quickly and destroy threats easily, and if you are worried about slow mana you can add stuff like Geosurge and Seething Song to get out platinum angel quickly. I would also like to point out that even with hexproof, if a card is played that DOESNT target a specific creature, your platinum angel can still be destroyed.
