Deck Description

Well, that escalated quickly!

The elves, Rampant Growth, and Cultivate help get a mana advantage early.

Getting one of those Baddies out round two or three is ideal.

Accorder's Shield to make any of them a sweet blocker. Pair that with hexproof from Asceticism or Swiftfoot Boots and most of your opponent's decks go limp.

Instants to keep 'em guessing. Nothing like naturalizing their best enchantment for 2 cmc and leaving them tapped and mushy. Haven't seen it yet, but a Titanic Growth and a Giant Growth on the 3/4 Spinebiter with infect is a killshot. I can't think of a way to prevent the poison counters...

Anyhow, I've painted a target on my nuts with this one.

Deck discussion for Unblockable Beatdown

you have an interesting concept here, but on the whole it seems very slow, particularly if you can't get the elves out fast. true you can kinda search with abundance, but it still seems slow.

also, spinebiter seems very, very out of place because it is an infect card. what about thorn elemental to replace it instead? it does cost 1 more to get out, but it is a 7/7 instead of a 4/4. either way, I like the concept that you have here.

I left out Thorn Elemental because it's the older art, and i like the newer.

PS the Spinebiter wins the game in two rounds if I get a titanic growth on it. This has happened 6/10 times I've tried this deck. Jealous much?
