Just a simple budget storm deck that can easily be interchangeable into a man ramp fire ball deck. Doesn't even need those to two conditions to win- you can just delver flip and attack to win the game.
You should attempt to obtain as much Mana ramp as possible as possible, using augurs or think twice to get them; you can hold the opponent's creatures off with the augur chumps or searing blazes. Try to threaten the opponent w/ burn if possible, and attempt to draw the win condition (either grapeshot, ignite memories or any of the mana ramp burns). Increasing vengeance is what makes the deck hilarious, with multiple copies of ignite memories/ thunderous wrath/ grapeshot left, right and center, or it can provide you with enough mana/ spells in order to provide you with victory. TL:DR - Save up mana ramp -chump w/ creatures-use storm/ mana ramp burn-add increasing vengeance into mix -??? -profit
