This is a blue white venser golem deck, it is quite simple; all you have to do is play venser and some splicers and use venser's +1 ability to win. If you do not draw splicers, you could use venser's +1 ability with the other creatures. If you cannot draw venser, there are many spells which allow you to scry and draw, plus all these creatures have an effect which would delay your opponent to finish you off (i.e Aether adept's bounce and Stonehorn dignitaries' skip a combat step).
