Well, the question therefore is:
Do you have the possibility of buying cards online and what's your budget?

i can get a few others whe the wife isnt looking ..........but i win alot with this deck . i have trouble with those annoying blue bounce decks.Token decks someimes give me trouble depends on how good they are. So any cards that can make it more lethal i can add on my list to get.

Well, Olivia Voldren is great in every Vampire deck as she get's tons of marks and adds some control, which is missing so much in R/B decks most of the time. But she's a Mythic Rare and i therefore guess not very cheap.

The thing about blue bounce decks is, that you can't really do something about it if you don't have a token deck or a counterspell / burn deck. Did you already think about Profilerate cards, to increase your counters way faster?

I looked up some Profilerate card, which could be great for you:

Volt Charge, it can help you clean the worst creatures with which the enemy would never block and let's you fasten up, pretty worth for the mana costs.

Tezzeret's Gambit, since it's blue mana can also be paid with life, the color doesn't matter. It would accelerate your game while powering up your army.

Hope i could help you

Maybe take out the Incinerates for Volt Charge? Therefore you could still keep the early burn to pressure with shock, but may also use Shock later to finish an enemy if needed, therefore i think it's better than Incinerate :)

No problem, i wish you much fun with your deck, should be able to rip apart most of the decks then. Tezzeret's Gambit is just a great card as it isn't really bound to a color because of the Phyrexian Mana and many decks lack the tempo of drawing cards. I am thinking of gettin it too for my W/G Human Mark deck^^

yeah never thought of the gambit before might be a staple for any deck that needs a little card drawing power

took 2nd in a 24 man tourny lost to a very good token deck although i beat him the first game he side boarded total black and red hose. It rolled through pretty much every deck i played against. i just need to improve my side board especially the token decks. Also the curse burn deck gave me big time trouble somehow i managed to win only by player error .
