i would replace a couple of those plains with 3 more sejiri Steppe and i would build something like this but money is an issue. Besides Goldmane the other 2 plainswalkers r super expensive.

it is true im not gonna get elspeth for a while but 3 more sejiri steppe slow down ur deck but i suggest saving up cuz thats what im doing rn. i also have an issue with money but gideon was the best $45.20 i ever spent. ive never lost any game ive played gideon exept for one where i played him wrong but i was a noob then. trust me its worth every penny. the baneslayers as well but i still need to get them and im still saving up. btw elspeth is gonna be reprinted so the price will go down.
what ruleset we talking? cuss if its not t2 standard id basically be telling you to remake the deck entirely
ill just go under the assumption its t2. first off emeria the sky ruin is a must, especially for a white weenie, and now that we are playing white weenie, day of judgement is also a must., and then im going to assume you want to stay away from alara and m10 because its rotates out soonish. i suggest making it slightly an equipment based deck, armament master, kor duelist, kitesail apprentice, drop basilisk collar in and pennon blade. cards id recommend dropping lifelink, armored ascension, all creatures that are not kor finally one more honor the pure would be ballin as well, either way thats what id do
i keep thinking yet i keep gutting myself when i think about this deck, heres another possible route for the most part keep the creatuers you got, pick up another honor the pure drop lifelink, theres no need for Perimeter Captain, and rhox pikemaster is going to go out of rotation soon. that leaves room for 3 safe passage and 2 day of judgement. however if you do this i suggest you drop the soldier theme entirely and find a couple different creatures like souls attendant and ajani's pridemate for an example have great synergy and are great weenie cards
well the deck is a legacy based deck im using all sets including alara so its basicly alara and up
ill make a couple white weenie decks for you then to help you figure out something top tier, you already got two badass planeswalkers so you have a good base, ill just help you find some inspiration
alright take a look at my profile inspiration 1 and 2, one is far closer to what you have there, 2 is almost a copy of a deck one of the top players in the US runs, with a couple changes (that overall make the deck worse but make the deck a lot funner at the same time) if you want a photo copy of the deck im talking about ill get you the list

last piece of advice i have for you, your mana curve looks like it should be able to handle 22 land instead of 24, i usually run at 22 for most decks but its always a slight gamble.
thats the thing bout me i hate to gamble thats why i dont believe in lottery i want a for sure strategy but thats just me. ive play tested it and im rather happy with the consistency i rarely have to mulligan

as u can see i made a few changes and this deck works very well. If u have extra money to spend i recommend something like this
I think it just seems like too many strategies are going. Its a white weenie but then u hav equipment which can kinda contradict each other and then again its a white weenie but u hav day of judgement. if ur in a position to play day of judgement then ur probly not gonna win that game unless u hav planeswalkers but it just seems a like uv got too many different strategies goin

that's nbot too expensive, ive got most of these cads in my trade pile, this deck reminds me of a very small EDH deck
