The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Standard deck I'm wanting to try out that dissmantles your opponents strenghts to leave you with an easier finish. Surgical Extraction asap to see what you will be looking to Memoricide in a few turns. against the current metagame I think it could do well... Mageblade is pretty weak without a delver or a sword.... Wolfrun is far worse when he has no Titans or Thruns.... obviously every deck you will face is different (for the most part) but this one weakens them all.

Distress is a solid turn two discard. i may say better than mind rot.

I think you are probably right and I will test it out a bit soon, but mind rot is there because it is card advantage and distress is not. on the other hand, distress gives me a better idea what to do with memoricide if I haven't been able to look thru his deck yet with surgical extraction. looks like I have some testing to do.
