Fastest? Furnace of Rath is Faster than Fire Servant. And Reckless Abandon is way Faster than Fling. And Guttersnipe is slow. Vexing Devil is pure speed. So much faster than Guttersnipe. Goblin Guide is also way faster than Guttersnipe.I like the deck. Looks pretty good. Overall, this is way I would say:-2 Fire Servant +2 Furnace of Rath-2 Fling+2 Reckless Abandon-4 Guttersnipe+4 Vexing Devil-2 Increasing Vengeance+2 Fireblast (one of the fastest cards in a burn deck. You will want to run 4 of these. Sac two tapped lands (which you just tapped for stuff like Vexing Devil and Lightning Bolt, and do an extra 4 damage).Good luck.

I added 4 rift bolts to the deck. Not adding Price of Progress because people are not likely to have very many nonbasic lands out yet.
