Ive been playing around with the deck for around a week and landed on the above list.The deck is geared towards using the simic manipulator to steal your opponents creatures. The zameck guildmage enables me to bring creatures in with counters on them & he can also draw me cards. Vorell can double my counters and trigger evolve.Agoraphobia make stealing creatures as cheap as possible, forced adaption creates counters ideally i can play that on the manipulator if not i can bioshift counters onto him. Simic charm for the versatility notably the hexproof vs removal.Rapid hybridization can do a lot here I can swap out a threat that I cant afford to steal for a 3/3 vanilla to make it easier to deal with or switch an opponents 1/1 to a 3/3 and steal that or steal it as a 1/1 then switch it to a 3/3. Also i could target a creature of my own that wasn't big enough to trigger evolve to a 3/3 that will and cast it on a creature that was targeted for removal and get a 3/3.SIDEBOARD: Fade into antiquity has a ton of targets from theros block most notably the indestructible gods. Swan song vs creature removal and gives them a 2/2 flyer for me steal im considering mainboarding it but I dont know where it would fit.
Play evolve as usual skillfully putting creatures down in the right order to keep them growing.Use the Simic manipulator to steal your opponents creatures. Hopefully you can do this at a pace that denies them of having any creatures for themselves. Creating a win condition for you (& denying your opponent of their own)

I use Turn to Frog instead of Rapid Hybridization personally for my Simic Manipulator deck. like your use of Zameck Guildmage as well and have been considering it for my deck. I might suggest 4 Biovisionary as an alternate win condition but really this deck looks solid so maybe you don't need it.
