Plan A: get out glacial chasm, and a power conduit, and continuously transfer the cumulative upkeep to another artifact. This make you impervious to all forms of damage, until your opponent either takes out the power conduit or the glacial chasm. Meanwhile, you can build up an army with orochi hatchery, titan forge, or Riptide replicators.
