Koth's Rage is different from other burn decks. It doesn't revolve around hitting your opponent directly with spells such as lightning bolt or Rift Bolt. Instead the creatures are used to ping your opponent down till the lands created by Karn can finish the job. The spells in this deck are there to harm the opposing creatures.

Dark Dwellers, Scrying Sheets, and Pyromancers Goggles would be glorious additions to the deck adding a lot more power.

The main reason I personally wont add those to the deck i for budget reasons. All of them would be fantastic, but I really try to keep decks under $100. This doesn't always work.
If you are going by low prices then you should be able to key them in
