This is a modern legal mono white deck that uses cheap creatures to overrun your opponent before they can put up a defense. This deck falls into the Under $100 series. The Under $100 series was designed to offer competitive decks for an affordable price.
Playing this deck is very simple. You want to play as many creatures as you can to overwhelm your opponent. Turn one your can play Boros Elite, Figure of Destiny, Signal Pest, and Student of War. On turn two you have a few options. You can always play your two cost creatures such as Precinct Captain and Thalia. The latter is an amazing option that can cripple your opponents that rely on spells. Alternatively you could play two single mana cost creature tripling your presence on the field. Following a similar path, turns three and four can be used to multiply your army or summoning powerful supporters like Brimaz, King of Oreskos and Ranger of Eos. As your army gets larger it is important to know when to make them stronger. Spear of Heliod, Always Watching, and Honor of the Pure help to make your militia slightly strong and bulkier. Finally, there will be turns when you have extra mana to spend. This should be put toward evolving/leveling either Figure of Destiny and/or Student of Warfare. After a few extra turns of mana, these cards can become your armies strongest fighters.
