Deck Description

Legacy. This deck is a pet deck of mine I play a lot in my local casual gaming spaces. Recent sets have improved it quite a bit which made me happy. Using Soul Fire or Fling on a wall after a glyph during the declare blockers phase can often kill a player who isn't expecting it. I made it on a lark when a friend told me it was impossible to win with walls. It used to run rupture, soulblast, and pandemonium. I think I also dropped a wall but forget which one.

Yeah. People figure I use burn when they see red. Then when they see walls they figure its not burn. Then I burn them. Its pretty funny against people who haven't seen it before.

Oh wow I'm loving the Glyphfling combo. =D

Warstorm Surge is expensive, run Artillerize for even more instant-speed wall-hurling.

Thats an interesting card. Though it may work better using reckless abandon since that allows for using souls fire and then blowing the wall up for that last bit of damage. It does 1 less damage but costs 3 less mana.

It's sorcery speed but I don't see why that would be a problem. I think you're right.

Ah, right, I forgot about that. The average power of my walls is about 4 anyway. Though it could also be useful to find something in red to let me tap them for an effect on top of the fling.glyph and souls fire/glyph combo. I've been working on a goal of 40 interesting decks. 1 for each color, 2 color, and three color combination plus one each for different multiplayer formats and 5 misc decks that I just like too much. I have a ton of cards I'm never gonna use that I'm getting rid of and only keeping whats ending up in a deck. so figured make enough deck concepts that I can put a decent number of cards in and have goals on what I Want to build. This also includes updating some of my old favorites like this one. So thanks for the help. I want them to work decently before I Waste my money acquiring them over time so the input helps a lot.

Sorry I missed this comment, I didn't go on this site for a while (and was surprised by my frog deck on the front page =D).

Bloodshot Cyclops is too expensive, I think your other cards just work better. And you don't want to splash white for Brion since you've got the Valakut setup.
